ADUW-2500 has an electrostatic shielded core that allows it to be used with the most sensitive and complex laboratory equipment, computers, and devices. It is a high-end transformer for high-end needs, and as expected, it is built with the impeccable safety and engineering standards synonymous with an ACUPWR unit.
The (ADUW)-2500 is an isolation transformer with an input of either 115 V or 230 V and output of 115 V. It is constructed with an open frame bracket mounted design and works from screw terminals for simple wiring. Detailed wiring instructions are right on the terminal board. It is a powerful, efficient, and reliable unit designed for simple and convenient installation. (ACUPWR suggests you use a qualified and licensed electrician for installation)
Why You’ll Love It…
The (ADUW)-2500 and all ACUPWR voltage transformers are manufactured in the USA with premium components that include copper wiring and silicon steel cores. All of our products are assembled by hand and bench-tested well beyond their stated wattage to ensure safety, reliability, and years of service.
Electrostatic Shielded Core
The transformer core, made of high-quality laminated steel plates, is connected to electrostatic shielding that allows this unit to work efficiently with sensitive laboratory equipment and computers.
Open Frame Bracket Construction
The open frame bracket design of this transformer allows for easy and space-efficient mounting.
Dual Primary Input
115 V or 230 V will both work perfectly and safely with this unit, with safe, reliable, and power efficient 115 V out. A simple switch will allow you to choose which input voltage you would like to use.
The (ADDP) series is designed with screw terminals which allow for simple and convenient wiring installation. Wiring instructions are included right on the terminal board.
Tru-Watts™ Power means "No Two-Times the Wattage" Rule
ACUPWR Tru-Watts™ voltage transformers are guaranteed to deliver electricity at and beyond their stated wattage capability. You would think this isn’t a big deal, but compare ACUPWR transformers with our foreign-made competition: they recommend that you buy transformer with twice or even three times the wattage capability--a rule of thumb common known as the "Two-Times the Wattage" rule--because their transformers are famous for breaking with loads that are well under their stated wattage, and also catching on fire and overheating (see our video above). With Tru-Watts™, offered only by ACUPWR, you only need to buy the transformer that offers the wattage capability required by your appliances.
