ACUPWR warrants its products against any failure caused as the result of defect in material and workmanship for the duration of the product’s lifetime. The warranty is void if damage to an ACUPWR product is the result of misuse by customer and failure to use product in accordance with operating instructions as outlined in user manual, particularly using product beyond the specified wattage and voltage limit. Warranties for step-up and step-down voltage converters are void if user exceeds the 20% safety threshold beyond stated wattage limit.
Customer pays all shipping costs for any ACUPWR product returned to us as the result of product failure or for a product exchange. The return shipping cost is credited to customer’s account if ACUPWR determines that the product is defective or damaged as a result of defective parts or workmanship.
All goods returned to ACUPWR must be sent with a RMA number obtainable via email (info@acupwr.com). Please include your order number in the email. The RMA number must be written clearly near the shipping label.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will process and ship after product is available. We have very heavy backorder. If you are in need of a product urgently, please email or call 310-409-8696 to make a special arrangement.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO, PO BOXES, AND MILITARY ADDRESSES?
Yes. We’re happy to ship to military addresses, army post offices, and PO boxes.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, although customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, and customs charges. We ship International via UPS. Shipping options available at checkout. For large orders which require sea shipment, please contact us.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR THE UNITED STATES?
For the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands) shipping rates are calculated by the carrier. Our carriers are UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Orders can be canceled at no charge before shipment
- Shipped orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt
- Orders must be returned in original packaging
- Customer pays shipping (unless it was free) from and to ACUPWR
- A 15-percent restocking fee will be deducted from refund total
- We will not accept returns on goods that are damaged (unless damage occurred during transit)
- Customers must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by sending an email to info@acupwr.com
- RMA number should be written clearly near shipping label
ORDER VERIFICATION
After an order is placed, we may contact you by email or telephone to request your acknowledgment and acceptance of our Return Policy and these Order Verification Terms.
If we do not receive your acknowledgment after two (2) email reminders, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order. If your order is canceled for this reason, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less a 5% payment processing fee to cover non-refundable credit card and payment processing costs.
